India Nippon Electricals Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 03, 2015, for considering the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.
Further, the trading window for dealing in the Companys scrips by the directors, officers and designated employees of the Company will remain closed from July 18, 2015 to August 05, 2015 (both days inclusive), in terms of the Companys Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
