In compliance with the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015
and further to our letter dated 12.6.2020 it is hereby informed that due to unforeseen
circumstances the conference call to be held today shall be rescheduled to another date.
The Company shall intimate the rescheduled date to the stock exchanges in due course.
