Pennar Aluminium Company Ltd has informed BSE that with the duly consent of the Board and the Share holders the Name of the Company is changed from Pennar Aluminium Company Limited to PALCO Limited with effect from March 05, 2013 and further informed that The Registrar of Companies, Hyderabad has approved the same.
