Gulshan Polyols Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2014.
Further, Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window of the Company for Insiders covered under above said Code of Conduct shall remain close from November 05, 2014 to November 17, 2014.
