Unimech Aerospace And Manufacturing
We wish to inform you that the Company has successfully completed its first tranche of capital infusion in the Joint Venture Company (JVC) Kanoo Unimech Advanced Manufacturing Solutions. Pursuant to the Joint Venture Agreement Unimech has infused capital aggregating to SAR 15.30 million (approximately Rs. 39 35 54 250/- representing its 51% share of the first funding tranche of SAR 30 million with Kanoo contributing the remaining 49% share of SAR 14.70 million.
