Further to our letter no: SEC/2021-22/SE/0031 dt 30.08.2021 reporting the outcome of Board Meeting we would like to clarify that due to typographical error/inadvertence:
1. Copy of the resignation letter of Shri. S Natarajan a Non-Executive Promoter Director was omitted to be attached and the same is attached herewith.
2. Extra Ordinary General Meeting is convened on Saturday 9th October 2021 which is incorrectly typed as 25th August 2021
