Artech Power Products Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 13, 2017, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended December 31, 2016.
Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for the Designated Employees / Connected Persons /Insiders as defined in the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Insider Trading Policy of the Company (the 'Policy') shall remain closed from February 06, 2017 and will end after 48 hours after the results are made public i.e. till February 15, 2017.
