Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Companys Policy on Prohibition of Insider Trading the Trading Window for buying/ selling/ dealing/ trading in the shares of Affle (India) Limited (the Company) shall remain closed from April 1 2023 till 48 hours post the date of declaration of financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31 2023 for all the Designated Persons including their immediate relatives.All the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited to buy/sell/deal/trade in the shares of the Company during Trading Window Closure period.
