We would like to inform that the Company its promoters/directors are unaware of any such SMS tip or its sources. Moreover the news item published as SMS tip from June 2 2020 to July 19 2020 is factually incorrect.
Further we would like to clarify that the Company has always provided the required information to the stock exchanges in timely manner and there is no pending information or announcement which may have a bearing on the price behaviour in the scrip.
