Unichem Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 24 2020 to August 29 2020 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 57th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 29 2020.

The Dividend if declared at the 57th AGM shall be paid to the shareholders on September 04 2020.
