We herewith resubmit the Audited Financial Results of the Company (duly revised as per the format prescribed under Schedule III to the Companies Act, 2013), along with the Auditors Report, for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2017 as approved by the Board of Directors at its Meeting held on May 29, 2017.
We would like to clarify that the revision of Financial Results, as aforesaid, does not have any impact on the financial figures of the Company. The revised Financial Results are being uploaded after duly rectifying the discrepancies as advised vide your email referred above in terms of the SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated July 05, 2016.
We would like to inform you further that the Financial Results in XBRL mode for Quarter and Year Ended March 31, 2017 have been already uploaded on BSE Online portal.
