Sterling Tools Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 08, 2016 concluded at 2:30 P. M. has declared 1st (First) Interim Dividend @50% i.e. Rs. 5/- Per Equity Share for the Financial Year 2016-2017.
Further, the Company has informed that the Company will distribute the Interim Dividend on / before August 20, 2016.
