Cals Refineries Ltd has informed BSE that Ms. Rekha Srada, the chief financial officer of the Company has resigned from the office w.e.f July 29, 2015.
The Company is in the process to identify suitable candidate as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, and will appoint, soon.
