This has reference to our letter No. SECT/05/2022/04 dated May 10 2022 and letter No. SECT/06/2022/01 dated June 01 2022 and pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) 2015 the Register of Member and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from June 16 2022 to June 20 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and for determining entitlement of the shareholders to the Interim Dividend 2022.
