In furtherance of our letter dated September 07 2026 regarding submission of the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26 we wish to inform you that a technical/ typographical error was noticed on Page No. 91 of the Annual Report. Under the head Transactions with Related Parties during the year (as on 31.03.2026) the amount under Purchase in the column Enterprises having Significant Influence was inadvertently mentioned as ? 59.67 Lakh instead of the correct amount of ?1 978.09 Lakh.Accordingly the Company is submitting the revised Annual Report incorporating the aforesaid correction. The revision is limited to the aforesaid inadvertent error. We request you to kindly take the revised Annual Report on record.
