(IST) via two-way Video Conferencing (VC facility)/other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) ONLY in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act 2013 read with MCA General Circular No. 20/2020 14/2020 and 17/2020 dated 5th May 2020 8thApril 2020 and 13th April 2020 respectively and the deemed venue for the AGM shall be the Registered Office of the Company at Madhu Complex 1-7-70 Jublipura Khammam Telangana India- 507003.
