Pursuant to the Companys Policy on Prevention of Insider Trading framed in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time regarding trading restriction period we would like to inform that the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons including promoters directors key managerial personnel designated employees and other connected persons of the Company from January 01 2020 till completion of 48 hours from the announcement to the Stock Exchanges of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the third quarter ending on December 31 2019.
The date of Board Meeting for declaration of the financial results of the Company for the aforesaid period will be intimated in due course.
