The Board Meeting to be held on 12/11/2021 has been revised to 15/11/2021 We would like to inform you that due to Heavy rainfall & Flood in Chennai the company is not in the position to conduct the meeting of the Board of Directors in above said date. We hereby further inform that the meeting has been postponed and re-scheduled to be held on Monday 15th November 2021.
Further In this connection the date of closure of trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company pursuant to provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations and as per the terms of "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" of the Company is extended up to 17th November 2021 i.e. after 48 hours of the declaration of financial results for the Company on 15th November 2021.
