On October 13, 2017 the Company has allotted 6900 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each to the option grantees, pursuant to exercise of stock options granted under Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2013.
Consequent to the said allotment the paid up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to 9,58,31,988 Equity Shares of Rs 2 each aggregating to Rs 19,16,63,976/-
