The next meeting is scheduled to be held on Saturday ie 29th July 2017 to consider the Quarterly financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30.06.2017.The Exchange has already been informed that the Company presently is in the process of corporate insolvency resolution pursuant to an order passed on 01.05.2017 by the Honble National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata under the provisions of Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016. The financial results would also be placed before the Committee Of Creditors constituted under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
