MINDA INDUSTRIES LTD.-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 04/02/2021 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 [the said Regulations] we are pleased to inform that the Board Meeting of Minda Industries Ltd. will be held on Thursday 04 February 2021 inter-alia to consider and approve the following matters: -
1) the Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31 December 2020 and;
2) the Un-Audited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31 December 2020.
The Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors/ Officers/ designated persons of the Company till 48 hours after the results are made public on 04 February 2021.
