Borosil Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 27/05/2021 inter alia to consider and approve In continuation of our letter dated March 30 2021 regarding closure of trading window we wish to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 29 (1) (a) and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Thursday May 27 2021 inter alia to consider and approve:
i) the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31 2021.
ii) Recommendation of dividend if any on the Equity Shares of the Company for the said year.
Further as informed earlier vide our letter dated March 30 2020 and in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading the trading window has been closed from April 01 2021 and is going to remain closed till May 29 2021 (both days inclusive). The trading window shall open on May 30 2021.
