The Board of Directors at their meeting held on 20th June 2023 inter-alia approved the resignation of Mr.V.Ramanathan Chief Financial Officer with effect from the closing hours of 16th August 2023 and the appointment of Mr.M.Manikandan as Chief Financial Officer with effect from 3rd August 2023. Additionally Mr.M.Manikandan will be designated as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from 17th August 2023.
