The Record date fixed for Tuesday, 13th November, 2018 for the payment of the aforesaid Interim Dividend has been noted/confirmed by the Board of Directors at its meeting held today. The said Interim Dividend shall be paid / dispatched to the shareholders on or before 29th November, 2018.
