With reference to the earlier letter dated December 31, 2014 regarding Shri Ved Prakash, Director (Marketing), MMTC Ltd has assumed the charge of the past of Chairman-cum-Managing Director, MMTC Limited in addition to his position of Director (Marketing) on December 31, 2014 vice Shri D. S. Dhesi, ex-Additional Secretary, Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce & Industry.
Further to above, MMTC Ltd has now informed BSE that Shri Ved Prakash, Director (Marketing), MMTC Ltd has assumed the charge of Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) MMTC Ltd in Schedule 'A' pay of CPSEs on March 19, 2015(F/N).
