Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 and the code of conduct of the Company the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from September 07 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter ended June 30 2026 and half year ended September 30 2026 in accordance with regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015.
