In terms of the Scheme of Arrangement (Scheme) between the Company, Strides Pharma Science Limited (formerly Strides Shasun Limited) and Sequent Scientific Limited, which was approved by the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, the Company has completed distribution of net sale proceeds of factional entitlement to the shareholders.
The total number of frational shares purusant to the Scheme were 34,709 equity shares and amount in proportion to each shareholderss fractional entitlement (net of expenses) were distributed by way of direct credit/ NEFT/ cheque.
The Company is in process of sending individual payment advise to each of such shareholder giving details of their entitlement.
