Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations 2015 we hereby intimate that a contract of Rs.112.88 Crores (Excl. of GST) has
been received from IHB Private Limited (a JV Company of Indian Oil Corporation Hindustan
Petroleum and Bharat Petroleum) vide its letter dated 4th December 2020 for laying Pipeline
in Gujarat Region which is part of Kandla Gorakhpur Pipeline Project.
