Copies of the same along with the audit reports thereon submitted by M/s. Harshil Shah & Company Statutory Auditors of the Company and statement on impact of audit qualifications pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 33(3)(d) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 with respect to Auditors report with modified opinion are enclosed herewith.
