In accordance with the applicable Regulations of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from the opening of business hours on Wednesday, 16th Day of May, 2018 till the end of business hours on Friday, 25th Day of May, 2018, that is 48 hours after the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results are submitted to the Stock Exchanges. The same has been intimated to all the Directors, KMPs and Designated Personnel of the Company.
