In furtherance of our intimation dated July 11 2024 regarding signing of Share Purchase Agreement with Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Private Limited ("Clean Max") and Clean max Aria Private Limited ("CMAPL") we wish to intimate you that the Company has today entered into a Shareholders Agreement with Clean Max and CMAPL and Energy Supply Agreements with CMAPL. The intimation in that regard is enclosed herewith.
