Indo Tech Transformers Ltd has informed BSE that the Company?s unused land parcel situated at Vll/222 Koyamarakaad, NH 47.Kanjhikode, Pallakad, Kerala - 678623 (measuring 2.85 acres) which was held for sale since 2012, has been sold for a consideration of Rs. 5.6 Crores (Net Book value Rs. 77.47 lakhs) and registration of the sale was completed on March 17, 2016.
