Mather and Platt Fire Systems Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 11, 2016, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:
1. Ms. Kirti Salvi Managing- Director authorised to sign and execute the new Listing Agreement with the BSE as per circular.
2. Recommendation of audit committee in respect of reduction of capital and the fairness opinion & valuation report and authorised the Managing Director to file the scheme of reduction with stock exchange for obtaining in principle approval.
3. The Board also considered and approved change of Registrar & Transfer Agent.
