The Acquisition of 100% of the Mtow Mobility Private Limited (MTOW) and Reown Device Private Limited (REOWN). The Board has approved the execution of a Share Swap Agreement (SSA) and other necessary documents regarding the Proposed Transaction between the shareholders of MTOW and REOWN and the Company whereby the Company agrees to acquire 100% of the share capital of MTOW and REOWN.
