Gayatri Projects Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 09, 2016, inter alia, to consider among other items the following:
1. To approve the Un-audited financial results for the quarter and Half year ended September 30, 2016.
2. To review the operations of the company.
3. Any other business with the permission of the chair.
Further, it is informed that the trading window for Directors/Officers/Designated employees covered under Gayatri Projects Code of internal procedures and conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders will be closed from December 05, 2016 to December 12, 2016 (both days inclusive).
