Consequent to her resignation she also ceases to be the Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.The Board of the Directors of the Company has on the basis of the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee appointed Ankita Jain (ACS NO: 60178) as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company designated as the Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with immediate effect.
