Velan Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. B. A. Madhusudhan Whole-Time Director informed his unwillingness to continue as Whole-Time Director due to his busy schedule and commitments on other domestic/overseas function, the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on February 13, 2016 accepted his letter of request of change in designation.
He will however continue to hold office as Non-Executive Director of the Company.
