Revised outcome With reference to the subject cited it is hereby informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at the meeting held on Monday 14th November 2022 at 11.30 A.M and concluded at 12.00 P.M to interalia considered and approved the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended 30th September 2022 along with the Limited review report.(Note- Due to miss out of the Conclusion time of Board Meeting we are revising the outcome with correctness)
