Notice is hereby given that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the trading window for the purpose of dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from January 01 2020 till 48 hours after the financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2019 are approved by the Board of Directors and filed with stock exchanges.
The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2019 will be informed in due course.
