Kilburn Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that on November 21, 2016, Calcutta High Court heard the Company Application no. 773 of 2016 regarding merger of Mcnally Bharat Engineering Co Ltd., Mcnally Sayaji Engineering Limited and EMC Ltd. with Kilburn Engineering Ltd. and passed orders for convening of meeting of shareholders of Kilburn Engineering Limited and other companies involved in the merger ( separately ) at Auditorium, Club Eco Vista, Ecospace Business Park, Plot No: 2-F/11, New Town, Rajarhat, 24 Parganas (North), Kolkata - 700 156 on January 11, 2017.
Notice of Postal Ballot will also be sent to all the shareholders ( holding shares on the cut-off date of December 02, 2016 ) to allow them to cast their vote through remote e-voting / postal - ballot.
