MPS: Intimation For Grant Of Employee Stock Options Under 'MPS Limited- Employee Stock Options Scheme 2023'

We wish to inform that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 April 2023 had considered and approved the grant of 74 030 (Seventy Four Thousand and Thirty) options to eligible employees under the MPS Limited- Employee Stock Options Scheme 2023 (ESOS 2023).
