Aditya Vision Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28 2022 inter alia has recommended a final dividend of 60% or Rs. 6/- per share on face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2021-2022 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuring Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
