Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (LODR) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform you that Ms. Karishma Jain (Membership No. ACS 46124) CS& Compliance Officer (KMP) of the Company has tendered her resignation vide letter dated 18th July 2026 with effect from the close of business hours on 28th July 2026 due to personal reasons. Ms. Karishma Jain has confirmed that there are no other material reasons for her resignation and that she has no outstanding dues or obligations towards the Company. The Company places on record its sincere appreciation for the valuable services rendered by Ms. Karishma Jain during her tenure as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. The Company is in the process of identifying and appointing a new Company Secretary & Compliance Officer in accordance with Section 203 of the Companies Act 2013 and the same shall be intimated to the Stock Exchange in due course.
