(the 'Seller'), one of the promoter group entities of Phoenix Township Ltd (the 'Company') has submitted to BSE a Notice of Offer for sale of 3,69,600 equity shares of Rs. 10 each representing 2.64% of the equity share capital of the Company (the 'Equity Shares') on September 30, 2014 exclusively through the Sellers broker on the separate window provided by the BSE Ltd. (the 'Stock Exchange') for this purpose.
The Sale shall take place on the separate window of the Stock Exchange and shall commence on September 30, 2014 at 9.15 a.m. to 3:30 p.m..
