Shri Aster Silicates Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on January 03, 2015, have considered and approved the appointment of Mrs. Namrata Maheshwari, as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from January 03, 2015 and she is included as Key Managerial Personnel pursuant to provision of section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and rules made thereunder.
