The Board of Directors of the Company at the meeting held today i.e. on November 08 2021 has approved the followings:
1) Approval of Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Period ending September 30 2021 and the Auditors Reports (copies enclosed).
The details disclosure under Regulation 52 (4) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 is attached in Annexure - A.
We confirm having submitted the Auditors Report with unmodified opinions and the Financial Results for the period ending September 30 2021 as per the format prescribed in Schedule III of the Companies Act 2013.
