Swadeshi Polytex Ltd has informed BSE that Ms. Sunita Gujjar, holding the prescribed qualification has been appointed as whole time Secretary of the Company with effect from February 11, 2016. The appointment is made pursuant to the provision of Section 203 and other applicable provisions & Rules (including any modification or re-enactment thereof), if any, of the Companies Act, 2013.
