Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 ("SEBI Listing Regulations") we wish to inform that the as per the Scrutinizer report dated 30th September 2026 received on 1st October 2026 members of the Company at the Annual General Meeting held on 29th September 2026 have approved the alteration of the Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company and adoption of a new set of Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association.
