JRG Securities Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 15, 2013, inter alia, Board took note of the resignation submitted by Mr. Gopichand S, Managing Director. Board also considered the appointment of Mr. Anand Tandon as the Managing Director in place of Mr. Gopichand subject to the approval from SEBl, Stock Exchanges and other applicable regulatory approvals. The above resignation and appointment shall take effect on receipt of regulatory approvals.
