Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that based on the recommendations of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Company the Board of Directors of the Company approved the appointment of Mr. Pushpendra Babuprasad Tiwari as a Deputy General Manager - Courier Operations and Sales and designated him as a Senior Management Personnel of the Company as defined under Regulation 16(1)(d) of SEBI Listing Regulations 2015 with effect from October 05 2026.
